  3. Do I need to provide water or electricity for the detailing service?

    We carry our own professional equipment, but access to an outdoor water spigot within 100 feet is highly appreciated. If you live in an apartment or condo complex, please contact us ahead of time so we can arrange accommodations!

  4. What areas do you serve?

    Long Beach, CA and surrounding areas. Additional fees may apply to out of area appointments.

  5. How long does a typical detailing service take?

    Most detailing services take 2.5-16+hours, depending on the vehicle's size and condition.

  6. What types of vehicles do you detail?

    Sedans, Trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, RVs, Limousines, Boats etc.

  7. Do you offer same-day or emergency services?

    Yes.

  8. Can detailing help increase the resale value of my vehicle?

    Yes, professional detailing can boost resale value by restoring shine, removing minor imperfections, and creating a well-maintained appearance.

  9. What’s the difference between a basic wash and a full detail?

    A basic wash is like brushing your teeth, it keeps things clean day-to-day. A full detail is like going to the dentist for a deep chemical cleaning, scaling, and whitening. We are physically resetting the vehicle's surfaces and locking in protection to preserve its value.

  10. Do you offer interior-only or exterior-only detailing?

  11. Can I customize a detailing package?

    Yes, custom packages are available.

Preparation & Expectations:

  1. Do I need to prepare my vehicle for detailing?

    Yes, please! We kindly ask that you remove all personal belongings, valuables, and car seats from the vehicle prior to our arrival. While our crew handles every vehicle with the utmost care, clearing out these items ensures we can immediately begin our deep-cleaning process and safely access every square inch of your interior without delay.

  2. What payment methods do you accept?

    Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Card

  3. Is there a cancellation or rescheduling fee?

    • 48 Hours or More Notice: You can reschedule your appointment once through your confirmation email at no extra charge, and your deposit will be rolled over to your new date.

    • Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Because we reserve a specific time block for your vehicle and cannot easily fill slots last minute, cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will forfeit the 50% deposit.

    • No-Shows: If our crew arrives at your location and you are a no-show without any communication, the full remaining balance of the scheduled service will be charged.

  4. Are tips expected or included in the pricing?

    Tips are not included but are always appreciated.
